Indications
Both ALITOP®-80 and ALITOP®-CZ effectively treat severe bacterial infections, including:
Hospital-Acquired Infections (HAIs) – Pneumonia, bloodstream infections, and surgical site infections

Dosage & Administration
The dosage of ALITOP®-80 and ALITOP®-CZ depends on infection severity, renal function, and patient condition.
ALITOP®-80 (Tobramycin Injection)
- Adults: 3-5 mg/kg/day in divided doses every 8 hours
- Children: 6-7.5 mg/kg/day in divided doses
- Administer via intravenous (IV) or intramuscular (IM) injection
ALITOP®-CZ (Ceftazidime + Tobramycin Injection)
- Adults: 1-2 g of Ceftazidime every 8-12 hours, plus Tobramycin based on renal function
- Administer via slow IV infusion or deep IM injection
